These are the common statements I hear every day.
When you keep your ignore and block out your pain, you may actually be making your condition worse. Disconnecting with any problem won’t resolve the problem. It usually festers as time goes by.
Instead, take control of your life and work with your body and your pain. Don’t neglect it, or fight it (try to push through pain). Do the self assessment and see how bad your ache, pain or injury really is.
